Job Description:
Excellent opportunity exists for a revit technician looking to progress their career in the building services engineering industry. This opportunity will be ideal for a
an ambitious career minded BIM enthusiast to join a coordination team working within a well-established company group. Candidates will be given full in-house training with the aim to progress them to a future team leader role.
Skills:
- Good Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Building Services
- Experienced in Revit with at least 2 years employment history
- Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics
- Capability to problem solve
- Coordination experience preferable
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce drawings and schematics based on instruction using Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Updating Services Design ensuring the BIM model maintains functionality.
- Work with our other engineers to assist with key engineering tasks.
- Attend site for meetings and surveys.
- Commitment to work to the companies BIM strategy and company standards.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team of professionals committed to meeting deadlines.
