The Welton family is currently looking for a Finance Assistant for a small and friendly finance team.
This role will require a high level of accuracy and excellent communication skills with the ideal candidate ideally having a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Ledger Invoice Processing
- Weekly Payment Run Preparation
- Cash Flow Management
- Monthly Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Payroll
- Support the Finance Director with financial day-to-day tasks
Essential:
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience in preparing accurate Monthly Balance Sheet's along with accompanying schedules
- Numerate with a passion for accuracy whilst working to tight timescales
- Meticulous and self-organised with an ability to prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
- Previous experience using Sage 50
