Experienced groundworks Contracts Manager role responsible for managing all aspects of groundworks, to join our expanding team. The role includes responsibility for scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the work of site operatives, from take-off through to completion as well as managing all aspects of their contracts day to day running. The successful applicant will be highly motivated with sound commercial acumen. Experience within house building is preferred.
As a Contract Manager for groundworks, duties will include but not be restricted to:
Ø To control the running of groundworks’ contracts on various sites and provide leadership to the site team ensuring the Construction Management team is informed of progress at all times.
Ø Ensuring the company contracted scope of works is adhered too
Ø Ensuring quality of work is a suitable standard
Ø Liaising with company's commercial team
Ø Keeping all works moving smoothly and ensuring that project deadlines are adhered to.
Ø To operate and promote safe working on site, implementing legal regulations, HSE legislation and quality.
Ø Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements.
Ø Calling off the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
