Overview
IMH Recruitment are seeking a Skilled Highways Strimmer to join our clients dedicated maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Kerb laying, footway and carriageway construction, excavations, drainage, block paving, slabbing, brickwork to manholes, gullies, laying bitumen, spreading, levelling and laying of materials to lines and levels.
- Drive/operate specialist plant to perform all highways operations, and use equipment such as saws, compaction equipment.

Hours & Pay
- Monday - Friday
- Working between the times of 7am- 5pm (8 hour days)
- Starting pay rate £13.47 P/H (increases after probation)
- Weekly pay whilst through agency

Experience:
- operation of powered light plant: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ 1 or equil in Highways Maintenance (preferred)
- Road-worker Trades Test Assessment (preferred)
- CSCS H&S Test Pass Certificate (preferred)
- NRSWA Qualification (preferred)
