Job Summary:
OM Consulting Group Ltd is looking for a Senior Management Consultant to help clients improve business performance, strengthen operations, and successfully deliver strategic change. This position is ideal for an experienced consulting or business professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, working with senior stakeholders, and turning ideas into practical results.
You will lead consulting engagements, support client relationships, and work with collaborative teams on projects involving strategy, operations, organisational improvement, transformation, and business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead management consulting projects from initial assessment through implementation.
- Analyse business operations, performance data, processes, and organisational challenges.
- Develop practical recommendations that support client objectives and measurable improvements.
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand priorities, risks, and business requirements.
- Prepare business cases, reports, presentations, and implementation plans.
- Support strategy development, operating model design, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support organisational change and help clients implement new ways of working.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to provide additional value.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in management consulting, business consulting, strategy, operations, transformation, project management, or a related professional role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable preparing reports, recommendations, presentations, and business plans.
- Experience leading projects, workstreams, or teams is beneficial.
- Knowledge of process improvement, change management, or business transformation is welcomed.
- Degree, professional qualification, or equivalent practical experience is welcomed.

Pay: £4,800.00-£6,700.00 per month
