We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our expert aftersales team and play a crucial role in keeping the ultimate driving machines performing at their best.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing a world-class service to retail and trade customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Identifying and supplying the correct BMW/MINI parts quickly and accurately
- Managing stock levels and ordering parts efficiently
- Supporting the workshop team to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery
- Processing invoices, handling payments, and updating records
- Staying up to date with the latest BMW product knowledge and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Parts Advisor or automotive aftersales role (BMW experience is a plus, but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- IT literacy and familiarity with parts management systems
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
