The Role
No two days are the same. You'll be working at the heart of the business, supporting customers, suppliers, and our transport operation to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries by phone and email
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Updating and maintaining internal systems
- Supporting daily transport administration tasks
- Assisting with vehicle routing and scheduling
- Completing driver debrief administration and ensuring records are accurate
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and meet team targets

Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English and ICT
