Production Assembler
We are looking for a hands-on Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Gloucester. Working as part of a skilled production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality cold water pressure boosting systems, ensuring products are built safely, accurately and on schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering industry-leading pumping solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electrical components for cold water pressure boosting systems in line with engineering drawings and specifications.

Carry out electrical control wiring, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Primarily assemble our Scuba Tank product range and support other smaller build projects as required.

Manufacture products in line with production schedules to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report any hazards, defects or near misses.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and business objectives.
Knowledge and Skills

Mechanical and electrical aptitude, ideally gained within a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings and assembly instructions.

Experience cutting, crimping and terminating cables to a high standard.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Interest in technical products and engineering solutions.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
