Duties
- External works for plot CML's work includes kerb laying flagging block paving ect
- Operate and maintain machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and compactors safely and efficiently
- Dig trenches, foundations, and drainage systems to meet engineering standards
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundworks or related construction roles is highly desirable
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and confidently
- Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and procedures
- Physical stamina to perform demanding manual tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of reading blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Valid certification in health and safety practices or machinery operation is advantageous
