Duties
- Prepare and assemble takeaway orders with precision and care, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, following safety and hygiene guidelines
- Serve customers at the counter or via contactless methods, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeaway area, including food stations and storage spaces
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all meals are prepared in a hygienic environment
- Manage stock levels of packaging materials and ingredients, notifying supervisors when supplies run low
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods by assisting with basic cooking or food prep tasks as needed
Experience
- Familiarity with food preparation, meal assembly, and kitchen safety standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling perishable items
- Hands-on experience serving customers in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a lively environment
