We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor to join our growing team in Llanelli. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor to build hands-on experience across a varied litigation caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of litigation matters under supervision, including civil and commercial disputes
- Assisting senior solicitors on more complex cases
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (0–1 year PQE) or due to qualify shortly
- Training seat completed in litigation (preferred)
- Strong understanding of civil procedure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desirable
- Experience in handling small claims, fast track, or multi-track matters
- Familiarity with case management systems
