Imperial Finishes is an established commercial & residnetial drylining contractor delivering projects across healthcare, hospitals, education, commercial and residential sectors.
We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of our commercial projects from handover through to completion, working alongside our Pre-Construction Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial drylining projects.
- Plan labour, procurement and project programmes.
- Manage subcontractors and develop labour resources.
- Lead client meetings and maintain programme delivery.
- Manage project Health & Safety, including RAMS.
- Ensure works comply with drawings and specifications.
- Identify, price and manage variations.
- Resolve technical installation issues.
- Deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
Essential Experience
- Minimum 10 years' commercial drylining experience.
- Previous Contracts Manager experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Metal stud partitions
- Deflection heads
- Fire-rated systems
- MF ceilings
- Suspended grid ceilings
- SAS metal ceilings
- Excellent knowledge of drawings, specifications and sequencing.
- SMSTS, CSCS and full UK driving licence.
