French restaurant in Brighton south lanes looking for a sous chef with a minimum of 6 years experience in busy kitchen, to join our team, led by head chef/owner David.
the restaurant is owned by husband and wife, both actively working on site, small team, good atmosphere.
the applicant must speak English, be able to cook quality food under pressure, and be passionate about cooking.
He must also be able to lead a team, and be in charge during service time when the head chef is off.
everything is made on site, so a background in cooking fresh food is a must.
the pay starts at £15.50/hour + share of tronc + cash tips (average combined extra £6/hour)
about 35 to 40 hours per week.
must be able to work week ends.
the restaurant is closed 2 days a week , Tuesday and Wednesday.
