Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Serve drinks at the bar or table, including barista-style coffee beverages, with professionalism and flair
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling procedures
- Support catering events or special functions by helping set up and serve guests efficiently
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience with catering services and serving in diverse environments
- Barista experience is highly desirable, demonstrating skill in preparing quality coffee beverages
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
