EMA Skin Aesthetics is an established, award-winning aesthetics clinic with over 10 years of success and an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional client care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Massage Therapist to join our professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled therapist who is passionate about delivering outstanding treatments and building long-term client relationships. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' advanced hands-on experience who takes pride in delivering five-star customer service and exceptional treatment standards.
Position: Full Time (38–40 Hours per Week)
Pay: £14.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional massage treatments tailored to each client's individual needs.
- Perform a variety of advanced massage techniques including:
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Swedish Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Sports Massage (preferred)
- Aromatherapy (advantageous)
- Conduct thorough client consultations and adapt treatments accordingly.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism and client care.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans and homecare advice where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client consultation and treatment records.
- Work collaboratively within a professional aesthetics team to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Continue developing skills through ongoing professional training.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' professional massage therapy experience (essential).
- Qualified in Level 3 Massage Therapy (minimum).
- Additional Level 4 or advanced massage qualifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Confident delivering high-quality treatments independently.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and organised.
- Passionate about client wellbeing and achieving exceptional results.
- Flexible to work evenings and occasional Saturdays.
