Due to our continued growth Scarborough Hill Country Inn hotel is now seeking to recruit a trainee duty manager.
Scarborough Hill is a country house family run hotel which has eight bedrooms and two self contained apartments. We have excellent function facilities and a growing restaurant and bar.
This position would suit somebody who is already working in the hospitality hotel industry and would like to progress. The ideal candidate must have experience in restaurant / bars and is now looking to make the next step forward in their career to become a successful duty manager within a hotel.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following : a good knowledge of quality restaurant service, experience in bar work, knowledge of food and wines, able to organise staff, be able plan a head for forth coming functions, cashing up duties and general opening up and closing down procedures within a hotel.
Candidates must be of a very smart appearance and have a great personality to meet and greet our guests.
