We are seeking to immediately recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position and weekend work will be required. The role may require occasional work in our Coleraine store. Additionally, the successful candidate must be willing to work additional hours on busy seasonal periods such as Christmas.
The ideal applicant must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with customers and provide helpful advice. You must have a positive attitude, be approachable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Strong sales skills are essential, along with the ability to handle transactions accurately and meet sales targets. Attention to detail, reliability and adaptability are key, as you will help maintain store presentation, manage stock and support smooth daily operations. A kindly and professional manner, patience when dealing with customers and good product knowledge will help the candidate represent our Company to the highest standard. Previous retail sales experience is essential. Retail sales experience in the jewellery or fashion sector would be desirable but not essential.
