Annual Salary: £38,500 per annum (including approximately 10 sleep-ins per month)
Hourly Rate: £16.00 per hour
Sleep-ins: Approximately 10 per month at £65 per sleep
Working Pattern: 2 on / 4 off (condensed shifts)

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Previous experience working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home supporting children and young people.

We are seeking either:
- An experienced Senior Residential Support Worker looking for a fresh challenge, or
- A strong Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step into a Team Leader role.
You will be confident leading shifts, supporting colleagues, maintaining safeguarding standards, and helping establish an outstanding home from the very beginning.

- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a car.
- You only hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (this is not considered equivalent).
- Your experience is limited to Healthcare, NHS, CQC, Supported Living or Nursery settings.
- You require sponsorship or are currently on a visa requiring sponsorship.
Individuals with only CQC experience and / or who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
