Healthcare/Group Risk Administrator – Full Time

As we continue to grow we’re looking to add to our Client Support team to ensure our clients receive the best service possible and we maintain our level of support to our network of consultants and appointed representatives.
We’ve been looking after our clients’ needs for over 25 years and you will be working as part of a dedicated team to provide support across a range of products such as:
- Private Medical Insurance
- Cash Plans
- Travel Insurance
- Health Screens
- Dental
- Life
- Income Protection
- Critical Illness
The day to day:
- Diary management
- System organisation
- Data entry
- Creating and filing documents
- Providing high level administrative support to your team leader and consultants
- Undertake administrative tasks as allocated to include general written/verbal communication
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a polite and courteous manner, forward and/on screen calls, record and relay accurate messages
- Respond and/or redirect all client and visitor requests/queries accordingly
- Assisting with the management of policy memberships and liaising directly with insurers (adding/removing members, personal details changes, claims etc.)
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system
- Conducting market reviews as instructed by our consultants
- Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and associated rules and regulations Liaise with key stakeholders to maintain accurate records (Insurers, Consultants, Internal Management)
- Managing and monitoring an inbox
- Appointment booking
- Covering the above tasks for teammates during absence
- Maintain competencies compliant with FCA regulations

About you:
- Group Risk experience is required to be considered for this position
- A working knowledge of the healthcare industry/products such as Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans, Travel Insurance, Health Screening, Life, Income Protection, Critical Illness and associated pieces.
- You’ll have a can do attitude and always be happy to assist our key stakeholders with their requirements.
- Your skillset should include strong Communication (Written, Verbal, Video), Administrative, Time Management and IT skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The availability to travel occasionally to one of our base offices or alternative location for the purpose of training or meetings.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal oversight or supervision once trained
- Successfully complete all mandatory training in a timely manner
- Regularly demonstrate up to date knowledge of FCA Principles for Business, Consumer Duty (plus other related regulations)
- Regularly demonstrate up to date knowledge of the compliance policies implemented by the company
- Operational understanding of the Company’s IT systems, procedures, authority limits, compliance and audit trails requirements.
