Overview
To oversee and coordinate the effective delivery of office administration and executive support functions within CRFCA, ensuring the provision of efficient, professional and consistent administrative support across the organisation.
Principal Areas of Accountability, Tasks and Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the office administrative function
- Line manage and support the Administrative & Membership Support Officer
- Coordinate business support activities, meetings and governance administration
- Support senior leaders through effective administrative coordination and diary management
- Oversee meeting preparation, logistics and documentation for key organisational meetings and events
- Maintain oversight of office facilities, equipment and administrative systems
- Coordinate office processes and promote continuous improvement of administrative practices
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the RFCA network
- Support onboarding and local induction arrangements for office staff where required
- Ensure appropriate record management and compliance with organisational procedures
Staff management responsibilities:
Undertake line management responsibilities for the Administrative & Membership Support Officer .

The job holder will be required to be vetted to Security Check (SC) level.
