We're looking for someone creative, caring and full of energy to join our team and bring fun, laughter and meaningful moments to our residents. No two days are the same – one day you're hosting a tea party, the next you're leading chair exercises or planning a summer fête!
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate a variety of engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and needs.
- Support residents’ emotional and physical wellbeing through personalised programmes.
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities align with individual care plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages social interaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments where needed.
- Promote a safe environment during all activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members to ensure satisfaction and wellbeing.
