We are looking for someone to join our team at Homeleigh Garden Centre within our cafe in Bude. The restaurant is a constantly growing trade and offers a good selection of dishes throughout the day. We also offer a very popular carvery on Sunday afternoons.
Tasks will include:-
- Preparation of hot and cold meals
- Monitoring food wastage and margins within the kitchen
- Assisting with ordering stock for preparation
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Previous experience is essential and the ability to work under pressure when the cafe becomes busy is extremely important. No formal qualifications are needed but maybe beneficial.
This is a full time role based over 5 days and generally will include weekend days.
