About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated person to join our team. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality, person-centred services that enable young adults with disabilities to participate safely and confidently in social and recreational activities. Working closely with members, families and colleagues, you will support individuals to achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and become active members of their local community while ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Activity Development and Implementation
- Plan and coordinate engaging activities in partnership with parents, carers, and the management team.
- Conduct and review risk assessments for activities and venues.
Supporting Members
- Provide person-centred support that promotes independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
- Encourage members to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Support members to make informed choices and develop essential life skills.
- Build positive relationships with members and their family.
- Support members to express their views and influence the activities they participate in.
Safeguarding and Compliance
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, equality, diversity, and data protection policies.
- Identify, manage, and report risks or safeguarding concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR requirements.

Essential Requirements
- Willingness to complete training as required.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to a roadworthy vehicle with at least four seats and business insurance.
