Cross Street Garage is a large, independent vehicle repair garage based in the heart of Swindon. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, smart, and has a friendly personality. This is a front-of-house position and an integral part of our business, so we need an outgoing and ambitious candidate with an eye for internal progression.
About the Role
The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in managing the workflow process—from the moment a customer calls for an appointment to well after they leave with their repaired vehicle.

As the representative of our business, you will be the first and last human contact our customers have with us.
