Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Groundsworker Foreman to join our team, responsible for the next phase of Groundworks on an existing residential site in PE15.
Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation: Clearing vegetation, removing debris, and setting up safety barriers and welfare units.
- Excavation & Foundations: Digging out to match structural drawings to a Build Regs compliant standard for both the road and individual plots.
- Drainage and Ducting: Installing pipes, manholes, and underground channels for utilities preparation.
- Concreting: Mixing, laying, and finishing concrete for building slabs, structural footings, and sub-bases.
- Paving & Kerbing: Laying down footpaths, driveways, kerbs, and road surfaces once plots are complete.
- Managing a team of labourers and machine drivers for the specification
Prior experience is essential.
CSCS/Plant Tickets/Streetworks essential.
Self employed basis only.
Pay: From £200.00 per day
Work Location: In person
