About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants / Support Workers to work Monday-Sundays.
You will support adults in their own homes and help them live safely and independently.
Minimum of 6 months experience in care is required.
Main Duties
- Support with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assist with medication
- Prepare meals and drinks
- Support with mobility and use of equipment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Complete light domestic tasks
- Support adults with dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, mental health needs and end-of-life needs
- Keep clear and accurate care records
- Report concerns promptly to the office

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months experience in care (domiciliary, care home, supported living or hospital)
- A caring and patient attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Able to work independently
- Driving licence and own car is a must
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months professional care experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (completed by us)
- Two professional references
- Willing to complete training and shadowing shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
