Our customers are at the heart of all we do and to ensure we continue to provide a first class service to our residents in Gilding Way Southall (UB2 4GU) we're looking for a Residential Caretaker to keep the communal areas clean and safe, all while being the friendly face of Abri.
On top of cleaning communal areas, you'll also carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks as well as inspecting the premises and reporting any concerns that might impact our customers' wellbeing.
Experience in caretaking or property maintenance will be essential as will a knowledge of basic building repairs and cleaning procedures to make sure our residents continue to receive a fantastic service.
Depending on business needs, there may also be the occasional requirement to work an evening or over a weekend
Please note that the residential caretaker flat is not yet available. Therefore, the successful candidate will be required to commute to the site until the residential accommodation becomes available.
