Independent Cleaner Required – HMO Portfolio – Oxford

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and professional independent cleaner to support our growing portfolio of HMO properties across Oxford.
This is a great opportunity for a self-employed cleaner looking for regular, ongoing work with a professional property management company.
Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across communal areas of our HMO properties, ensuring residents have a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
Duties will include:
✅ Cleaning communal kitchens, hallways, staircases and shared areas
✅ Cleaning bathrooms and shared facilities
✅ Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
✅ Wiping down surfaces and touch points
✅ Emptying bins and ensuring communal areas are presentable
✅ Reporting any maintenance issues or damage identified during cleans
✅ Maintaining consistent cleaning standards across multiple properties
Requirements:
✔ Previous cleaning experience (HMO, student accommodation, residential blocks, hotels or similar preferred)
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Good attention to detail and pride in your work
✔ Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
✔ Own cleaning equipment preferred
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Public liability insurance preferred
