Operations Manager – Food Production
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our food production facility. Reporting directly to our European Head Office, you will manage a small production team, oversee production planning, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and work closely with suppliers to maintain an efficient supply chain.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to operational management. Experience with HACCP, health & safety, and continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and lead a small production team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely supply of raw materials.
- Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports for the European Head Office.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
- A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach.
- Turkish language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
