What’s on Offer?
- Competitive salary: Trainee £26,000 per year (£500 per week), rising to £31,000 after 2 years
- Workshop Technicians up to £35,000 + uncapped overtime + bonus (OTE £60,000+; approx. £673+ per week)
- Mobile Technicians up to £42,000 + overtime + bonus (OTE £70,000+; approx. £807+ per week)
- Up to 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Company vehicle for mobile roles

Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and mechanical repairs on premium machinery
- Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostics
- Preparing and inspecting new and used equipment to manufacturer standards
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service (mobile roles)
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent mechanical qualification, or strong hands-on experience
- Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile roles)
- Passion for engineering and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
