Plasterer / Plastering Team Required – Stockport HMO Project
We are looking for an experienced plasterer or plastering team for an ongoing HMO refurbishment project in Stockport.
The property is now ready for plastering, with the whole house requiring a full skim to walls and ceilings.
Scope of Works
- Full skim to walls throughout the property
- Full skim to ceilings
- Prepare surfaces as required prior to skimming
- Beading to corners and openings where required
- Produce a clean, smooth finish ready for decoration
- Make good around openings, services and previously completed works as required
- Keep work areas clean and remove plastering waste on completion
The property is ready to go and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and complete the works efficiently.
Rate
£200–£300 per day depending on experience and output.
Alternatively, and preferably, a fixed labour price or m² rate can be agreed for the complete property.
