Commercial Motor / Fleet Administrator

Witcher Associates is working with a fast-growing independent insurance business in Leeds that is looking to add a Commercial Motor / Fleet Administrator to its expanding team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within motor insurance, fleet, commercial insurance or a similar environment who wants to join a growing business where there is genuine scope to develop their career.

The role
You'll work within the team supporting a portfolio of commercial motor and fleet clients, including some sizeable businesses with significant insurance programmes.
This isn't simply a data-entry administration role. You'll have regular involvement with clients and will play an important part in making sure their insurance programmes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing policy changes and amendments
- Preparing and issuing insurance documentation
- Managing invoices and associated administration
- Chasing outstanding documentation and payments
- Liaising with clients regarding their policies and requirements
- Supporting the wider broking and client servicing teams
- Building relationships with clients over time
- Ensuring records and systems are kept accurate and up to date
What we're looking for
Commercial Motor or Fleet insurance experience would be particularly attractive, but we're also interested in speaking with candidates from wider motor insurance backgrounds.
You may currently be working as a:
- Insurance Administrator
- Commercial Motor Administrator
- Fleet Administrator
- Motor Insurance Advisor
- Insurance Account Handler
- Broker Support / Broking Administrator
Experience within an insurance broker isn't essential if you have relevant motor insurance knowledge.

This position is office-based in Leeds, so you'll need to be comfortable working from the office five days per week.
