Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (EBD)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE + Ofsted Performance Bonus
Service: Solo Children's Home (EBD)
Essential Requirements
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or currently working towards).
- Experience: Proven residential childcare leadership (experienced Registered Managers with positive Ofsted outcomes, or senior Deputy Managers ready to step up).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding.
- Driving: Full UK driving licence.

With a fully recruited team in place and Ofsted registration underway, you will partner with a highly experienced leadership team (16+ years in the sector) to shape the service culture and deliver outstanding care from day one.
