Cicoria & Bar Cicoria by renowned Michelin Starred Chef Angela Hartnett is looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join our front-of-house team at the Royal Ballet & Opera in Covent Garden.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys premium hospitality, excellent food and wine, and high-quality service, while benefiting from more manageable finishing times than many central London restaurants. Evening services usually finish around 11:00pm.
The Role
You will:
- Lead your section across lunch, dinner, pre-theatre and events
- Deliver warm, polished and confident service
- Support the management team in maintaining high standards
- Coach and support junior team members
- Develop strong knowledge of our food, wine and drinks
- Handle guest requests professionally and calmly
- Help create a smooth, energetic and enjoyable service
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, Chef de Rang or experienced Waiter
- Is confident working in a busy, premium restaurant environment
- Takes pride in excellent service and attention to detail
- Has warmth, personality and genuine care for guests
- Stays calm under pressure and leads by example
- Has good food and wine knowledge, or is keen to develop it
- Enjoys being part of a professional, supportive team
