As a busy city centre hotel we are looking for a Receptionist who is proactive, reliable and a team player. This is a customer facing position that will need the highest levels of service, organization and enthusiasm for you to succeed.
The main focus of the role will be dealing with hotel guests from check in to check out, cash handling, relaying telephone calls as well as liaising with the Front of House Team and Management. You should also be well presented, with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be given.
Hours will be shift work 7am-3pm and 3pm -11pm, including weekends and bank Holidays, an average of 30-40 hours a week.
