At Plant Designs Ltd we design, install and maintain plants, greenery and seasonal displays in office spaces, commercial buildings and public event venues.
Each year we put up over 650 seasonal décor displays in and around London. As Christmas approaches, we are looking for hard working people to join our warehouse team.
Location: Wolverton, Milton Keynes MK12
Hours: 40 hours per week (with overtime available during busy periods and weekend work required)
About the Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to join our warehouse team for the busy seasonal period. This role involves picking and packing seasonal décor items to a high standard of accuracy and care. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, common sense, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders ahead of delivery and installation.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality control.
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and organising warehouse storage.
- Follow instructions from team leaders and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are always followed.
- Be flexible to work weekends and overtime during peak periods.
Requirements
- As this is a freelance role you MUST have a UTR number and Right to Work in the UK.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license (clean) and ability to drive vans
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual work.
- Previous experience in picking/packing or warehouse operations
- Ability to stay focused, work hard, and bring good energy to the team.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability are a must.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
