Job Opportunity: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor (16 Hours or more – North East)
Location: North East (must be flexible to travel across multiple sites) Gateshead, Newcastle, Durham, Hartlepool, Sunderland etc
Must have transport to covering sickness, holidays etc
Hours: 16 hours per week or more (flexible, may include early mornings/evenings)& weekends
Salary: Competitive hourly rate + Mileage/Travel Allowance
Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our cleaning operations across multiple sites in the North East. This is a part-time mobile role requiring flexibility to travel and cover staff absences such as sickness and holidays. Candidate will support the operations side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cover across various sites for cleaning staff absences (including holidays and sickness)
- Supervise and support cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Carry out regular quality checks and ensure health & safety compliance
- Communicate with site managers and the central office regarding updates and needs
- Train and onboard new cleaning staff when required
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning and supervisory experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Flexibility with working hours and locations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
