Job Title: Driver – transporting care staff to clients

We are now seeking a reliable and safety‑conscious Driver to support our community care teams by transporting care staff to and from client visits across Staffordshire, Shropshire, and Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport care staff between scheduled care visits and clients’ homes.
- Wait for carers to complete their visits, ensuring their safety and punctual onward travel.
- Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality at all times when supporting staff and clients.
- Plan and follow efficient travel routes, adjusting to schedule changes where required.
- Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, clean, and compliant with insurance and safety standards.
- Liaise regularly with office staff and care teams to confirm schedules and communicate any travel delays or issues.
- Adhere to all UK Phoenix Healthcare policies relating to safeguarding, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with business insurance (essential).
- Good knowledge of local routes across Staffordshire, Shropshire, and Wolverhampton.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company values.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Friendly, respectful attitude — committed to supporting staff and clients safely and responsibly.
