Working in SEND, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, ODD and PMLD, is an incredibly rewarding career path where you can make a real difference in a young person’s life.
You may be an aspiring Teacher, Behaviour Mentor, Educational Psychologist, Counsellor or Psychotherapist. Starting your career in a support role with children and young people with SEND is a fantastic way to gain valuable knowledge and experience.
