We are seeking passionate and experienced former gymnasts and gymnastics coaches to join our dynamic team at Precision Gymnastics LTD. Duties
- Lead engaging coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced gymnasts
- Design and implement training programs that focus on skill development, safety, and progression
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help gymnasts improve their techniques and confidence
- Ensure all training activities adhere to safety standards and proper equipment use
- Assist in organizing gymnastics classes, competitions, and special events to promote participation and community engagement
- Maintain accurate records of gymnast progress, attendance, and session plans
- Support the overall management of the gymnasium environment by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a competitive gymnast or gymnastics coach is essential we accept General and WAG qualifications from British Gymnastics.
- Strong background in sports coaching with a focus on teaching techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of diverse ages
- Demonstrated ability to plan structured training sessions that foster skill development
- Certification or formal training in sports coaching or gymnastics instruction is preferred but not mandatory for experienced ex-gymnasts willing to undergo training
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- A passion for gymnastics and a commitment to athlete development
- Fantastic time keeping is a must!
