Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-In Healthcare Assistant to provide one-to-one care and support for clients in their own homes. In this vital role, you will live with the client and deliver person-centred assistance with daily activities, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Locations - Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
Availability Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate who can fulfill one of the following schedules:
- Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide round-the-clock care and companionship in a client’s home
- Assist with personal care, mobility, medication, and daily living tasks
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Follow personalised care plans and report any changes in health or well-being
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and family members
Requirements:
- A kind, patient, and respectful approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a live-in environment
- Flexibility to adapt to clients’ individual needs
- A valid driver’s licence is a plus but not required
