Job Overview

Duties

- Assist in menu planning and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food handling and service.
- Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects of service meet our high standards.
- Provide support during busy periods, including serving food and beverages efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in fine dining or restaurant settings.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including cooking, knife skills, and meal preparation.
- Familiarity with dietary department practices or experience as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and best practices for handling food.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for culinary arts and customer service, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
