They are seeking an Associate Director for their Leicester office, with the expectation of travel across their offices and project sites as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience with a strong, diverse portfolio (schools, industrial, or residential projects preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Sound knowledge of all RIBA Work Stages
- Keen interest in high-quality design and detailing
- Proficiency in relevant software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
- ArchiCAD experience is advantageous but not essential (CAD/BIM support and training provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept to completion
- Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence
- Contribute strategically to the office and practice direction
- Produce, review, and coordinate high-quality technical design information across all RIBA Work Stages
- Conduct site visits and represent the studio externally
- Act as a key client liaison, managing relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Apply practical problem-solving approaches to complex design challenges
- Travel to project sites across the UK as required
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team
