Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Wednesdays off)
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Fri, Sat, Sun off)
Do you love plants, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in creating a beautiful, welcoming space? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Plants Assistant to join our friendly team at Bingley Garden Centre!
What you’ll be doing:

Keeping our outdoor plant area fully stocked, tidy, and visually appealing
- Caring for plants by watering, feeding, and maintaining their health
- Supporting with general outdoor upkeep, gardening, and landscaping tasks
- Delivering excellent customer service by answering queries and helping customers find what they need
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment, free from hazards
- Supporting other departments when required
What we’re looking for:

A passion for plants and the outdoors
- Has previous retail experience
- In-depth plant knowledge and/or plant-related qualifications
- Has the ability to heavy-lift stock (e.g. compost bags)
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with a friendly manner
- Willingness to get stuck in and help wherever needed
