Mesa Stone is seeking a Native American or Indigenous North American artist to help develop our visual identity.
The paid freelance commission may include:
- A mural for our London shop
- Original prints and website artwork
- Artwork for posters, packaging and future campaigns
- Cultural guidance on respectful visual representation
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong portfolio in mural art, painting, illustration or print
- A genuine connection to a specific Native American Nation or Indigenous community
- An understanding of culturally appropriate and inappropriate imagery
- A contemporary and original artistic style
- Availability to work in London
Mesa Stone’s style is bold, expressive and primarily watercolour-led. We avoid generic “tribal” imagery, stereotypes and unauthorised sacred or ceremonial symbols.
Native American and Indigenous North American artists are particularly encouraged to apply.
Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
