We're looking for compassionate Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to serving our community, and will work closely with other Care Workers and clients to help improve their quality of life. You will be responsible for administering basic hygiene care, assisting with personal hygiene and performing light cleaning duties around the house. Additionally, our Care Workers provide a high level of customer service and confidential support to each of our clients.
No experience necessary as training is provided
We are located in Rottingdean and the areas in which we work are within approx 5miles radius.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients who have special needs and complex medical needs such as physical, mental health, and/or social needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and family members.
- Liasie with other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor clients and report changes in the client's physical and mental health condition to the healthcare team.
- Be aware of the client's medications, diet, treatment schedules and therapy sessions.
- Provide companionship and assist with taking clients to their place of interest
- Support clients requiring palliative care at home
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
