Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar/Front of House Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the bar and front-of-house areas, ensuring excellent service and a great customer experience, efficient food and beverage preparation, and team leadership. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee food and beverage preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Train new team members on service protocols, food safety standards, and company policies to promote a cohesive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food production, serving, and alcohol service.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships with patrons.
- Support baristas in preparing specialty drinks and maintaining a clean, organized bar area to enhance guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience within a customer service setting.
- Ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork.
- Front of experience.
- Familiarity with food production processes in both kitchen and bar environments.
- Excellent leadership qualities combined with a passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
- Experience with hotel or barista roles is a plus for understanding diverse customer needs.
