About the Role
Bavaro Punta Cana Golf Ltd supports golf, leisure, booking, and customer service operations.
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Golf Booking Administrator to process reservations, respond to customer enquiries, maintain accurate booking records, and provide general administrative support.
You will help customers with booking requests, update reservation information, prepare routine documents, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure services are arranged accurately and efficiently.
Previous golf-industry experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided to help you develop the knowledge and confidence needed for the position.

Key Responsibilities
- Process new golf and leisure booking requests
- Update, amend, and cancel reservations when required
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email, and digital channels
- Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and availability
- Enter customer and booking information into company systems
- Maintain organised and accurate digital records
- Prepare booking confirmations and routine customer correspondence
- Monitor outstanding enquiries and follow up appropriately
- Coordinate booking details with customer service and operational teams
- Check records for missing or incorrect information
- Assist with group reservations and scheduled customer activities
- Prepare basic spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documents
- Handle customer information professionally and confidentially
- Escalate complex enquiries or complaints to the appropriate team member
- Support general office and administrative duties as required
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, leisure, or bookings is helpful but not essential
- Applications from school leavers, career starters, and candidates changing careers are welcome
- Full training will be provided

Education
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are preferred
- A university degree is not required

Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
