- Analyse data from audits and assessments to develop actionable insights that drive process enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support external accreditation processes by preparing documentation, reports, and evidence of compliance activities.
- Stay informed about evolving regulations and industry trends to proactively adapt quality assurance practices accordingly.
- Proven experience in analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key insights related to quality assurance in financial services.
- Demonstrated success in conducting internal audits, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective measures.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks to ensure external audits meet all legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate findings, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Holds EQA qualification (essential)
