Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Level 2 and Level 3 Mobile Phone, Tablet, and Computer Repair Technicians to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on mobile phones, tablets, and computers at both Level 2 (intermediate) and Level 3 (advanced) skill levels.
- Disassemble devices using hand tools, following schematics and technical manuals to identify faulty components.
- Conduct hardware replacements, including screens, batteries, motherboards, and other internal components with precision.
- Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems, firmware, or applications to restore device functionality.
- Maintain detailed repair logs, update repair statuses, and ensure quality control throughout the repair process.
- Utilize schematics and technical diagrams to locate faults accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal operation standards.
- Assist in training junior technicians on repair procedures and best practices for device maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience repairing mobile phones, tablets, or computers at Level 2 or Level 3 proficiency.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to handle delicate electronic components safely.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, spudgers, tweezers, and soldering equipment.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components including motherboards, processors, RAM, storage devices, and peripherals.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Knowledge of computer repair techniques including software troubleshooting and operating system reinstallation.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts for diagnosing connectivity issues related to devices.
- Excellent maintenance skills for equipment calibration and upkeep of repair tools.
